Terms of service
The terms that apply when you hire Cordtech Solutions for a project or ongoing service.

1. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote describing the work, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
2. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on completion, before the site goes live. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Invoices are due within 7 days.
3. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, images, logins and feedback on time. Delays in receiving these may move the delivery date. You confirm you have the rights to any content you provide.
5. Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the website design, content and code created for you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, themes, plugins and platforms such as Shopify or WordPress are provided by third parties under their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages, price changes or policies.
7. Support and warranty
We fix bugs caused by our work free of charge for 30 days after launch. After that, fixes are covered by a maintenance plan or billed hourly.
8. Monthly plans
Maintenance and SEO plans renew monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, so we can't guarantee specific rankings.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
10. Cancellation
Either side can end a project with written notice. You'll pay for work completed up to that point, and the upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
